This summer dessert I loved the way it was, the sorbet is very refreshing and strawberries were a great discovery. Yesterday he was on hearing that the strawberries with balsamic vinegar was very rich, but I had not tried. I did my research and in many recipes vinegar mixed directly with the strawberries, as a dressing a salad. In others jumped strawberries in vinegar but I decided make a vinegar reduction with sugar. The mixture was delicious. My kids loved the strawberries and could not believe they were with vinegar.

· ¾ cup lemon juice pica
· ¾ cup sugar
· 1 cup of water to the syrup
· ½ cup cold water
· 6 lemons clean and recessed

If you do not have a special machine for ice cream, bring the mixture to the freezer and process when it starts to freeze (this will happen in an hour). Then process three more times (always waiting for freeze a little), the final ice cream should be firm, smooth and white.
Fill with lemon sorbet lead to freezer until serving.
