Apparently this will be my last prescription before Christmas, since there are only two days, that incredible, December I have been flown. · 1 recipe brownie
· Chocolate Ganache (Recipe below)
· 2 cup pitted cherries mixed with ½ to ¾ cup of sour cherry jam
· cream cheese mousse

Put in the base a ciborium brownie cubes, then add the chocolate ganache. Place cherry mixture, cover with cream cheese mousse. Garnish with cherries and chocolate chips or figures.

Chocolate Ganache
· 300 gr bitter chocolate
· 1 ½ cup cream

Chop chocolate and place in a bowl. Heat the cream when it's a boil, turn off. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, wait a minute, then stir until a homogeneous mixture.
