Natalia chicken and turkey meatballs with a touch of ginger and sour sauce

Ingredients:
300 g chicken mince 300 g
ground turkey meat

Prepared
Peel eggs and chop very finely cooked with anchovies, capers, parsley and ground ginger. Add the meat and the beaten egg, sprinkle with a little flour and mix well with hands.


Season with a little salt, make the meatballs and coat in flour. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the meatballs until golden brown. Put them on absorbent paper and set aside.


To make the sauce: Peel the carrot and onion and chop very finely. Wash the peppers, remove seeds and dice very small. Place the vegetables in one case the fire and add the beef broth, sugar, ketchup and vinegar. Let simmer for about 20-25 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Dissolve the cornstarch in a cup of cold water and add to sauce.
