The alarm clock is dark and I ask my husband who happens and immediately I realized it was time to wake children for school. Ugh! They ran the holidays and there are those poor trying to get used to their new schedules, shirt, his shoes.
I have prepared these cookies for spoiled after his first days at school. They were fascinated, as they found them very rich (up colleagues tested them and were a hit). I found them a bit sweet so I recommend using chocolate to offset the sweet of the kids (popcorn) caramel. In any case biscuits are entertaining. I got this recipe from a magazine called Taste of home and the best is that the recipes are from people who are sent to the magazine, many are familiar and tested.
I take to tell a restaurant that I really liked called Ozaki . His specialty is Nikkei cuisine that blends Japanese cuisine with Peruvian. Everything we tried was delicious and flavorful, plus the place is very cozy.
His address is Santa Beatriz 135 (tel. 02-7272787), Providencia and can visit their site to look at your letter, www.ozaki.cl
