I had a jar of paté of venison in the fridge since time immemorial, we saw him at the English Court for Christmas and caught my attention, I love wild meat and I decided to try it. I bought it and fucked up. Not that bad, what happens is you have a piece of chunks of pieces of what I know I can not explain. Pâté for me at least should be soft so that it can spread not?, well no, well hard when he tried to spread on a mini toasted bread knife was making waves of trips that what I had.
imagine that many of you will have spent something like that ever , right?. In this case as I like to throw anything, and as taste was good I decided to use it in pasta that would prepare to eat ... and success .. I could not believe was buenisimo!
Ingredients:
300 gr.
nest egg a jar of paté of venison
cheese 2 medium onions
chorizo espuña threads
200 ml cooking cream
salt olive oil
nutmeg oregano.
Prepared
We Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water, add a little salt and a drizzle of oil to prevent sticking, about ten minutes after you set it to drain. While we prepare a pan and Fry chopped onion, when almost done add the pate until discard, then put the chorizo and fry threads a little.
Add the cream, oregano and a pinch of nutmeg (I added a splash of milk also because the sauce was a bit thick).
Then we introduce the pasta into the sauce and we put a few slices of cheese until melted, we give a few turns and straight to the plate.
